Finding the Power

Why is the idea of magic and sorcery so attractive to people? We all have a deep need for Something Better in our lives. There is a True Answer to this need, and there are many counterfeits. People who are tricked into counterfeits, wander on and on, always thinking the answer is just around the next corner. They never find the Peace and Joy, yes, and Real Power, that could be theirs -- in the arms of a Loving Saviour.

Have you ever longed to have Someone who really cares about you? Someone who is always there for you no matter what? Someone who is all wise and has all power to help us in all problems? Someone to hold our hand when we are scared, and watch over us in the dark?

Yes, there is One who will can do all that! And He will do that for you if you just ask Him to. Jesus loves you, dear reader, and no matter who you are or where you are, He will hear you if you pray to Him. What does it mean to 'pray to Him'? It just means talk to Him, either out loud, or, if you can't do that, in your mind. He will hear you and help you.

Finding Jesus is a matter between you and Him, you don't have to 'go to church' or 'join some religion' or go ask some special person to find Him.
