QUESTIONS! PART 2 STATEMENT #5 - "Your talking about Satan means nothing to me. I am a (WICCAN, PAGAN, NATURE WORSHIPPER, N/A NATIVE SPIRIT WORSHIPPER or whatever) and We DON'T BELIEVE in the devil at all. So we don't worship Satan!"You see, believing something does not make it True! I am sure his Satanic Majesty is very pleased that you and others like you do NOT believe in him. It is very helpful to him to have it that way. Proverbs 14:12 There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death. But the Lord Jesus has ratted on Satan- He has told us he is real and what he is up to. Hear His own words: "I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven." Luke 10:18 That is why we try to inform and warn dear folk like you. No one can honestly claim to believe in Jesus- and deny there is a personal being called 'Satan'. All down through the ages since sin entered the world, mankind has worshipped nature, the sun, stars, rituals, ceremonies; and so on; but the Lord has warned against it; why? because it is all in vain, and those who are doing it are in reality honouring Satan ignorantly. "Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever." Romans 1:25 it is the PLAN of Satan that you be deceived to the point that you DON'T believe in him. It makes him very happy to see you dear young folks playing around with the lies he is serving you, and then when warned from the Word of God that you are in danger, you just respond by saying there is no devil. Not believing in something does not make it go away! You are like a child in a room with a man eating tiger. The child keeps his eyes tightly shut and a bag over his head, saying, "I can't see it, there is no tiger! I am safe here!" I am afraid that soon there will be only a well fed tiger, a crumpled bag, and a pool of blood left. Jesus died that you can be saved. He loves you and wants you to know TRUTH, and so He brings you into contact with those who know Truth, to share it with you. Most
of you, dear ones, are in the very spring of your years. I, for the record, am
going on 60; I have been very much where you are, and now I know that only the
Holy Word of God is reliable, only that WORD has real POWER. The Bible has
never been proven to be wrong; I urge you to read this online book: I know the hold these 'New Age' and N/A religions can have on one- I have been there, but I will warn you- the ends there of are the ways of death, not life. I have much information on the website; not just the stuff re-Harry Potter, he is just a drop in the bucket compared to the big picture you folks are caught up in. You deserve to hear the Other Side of the Story; Jesus wants you to KNOW about it; Satan wants you to stay fooled until too late! One thing I have noticed in my years of experience; the claims of Wicca and the N/A religions change all the time; God's Word alone stands true. You dear young ones think you are drinking at the wells of ancient knowledge; I weep because I know you are licking up the dust of ancient lies. What saved me from being forever trapped in these things? ONE thing only; the POWER of Jesus in His Holy Word, the 'old fashioned' King James Bible! Hard to find now; but worth its weight in diamonds! The big difference is in the BOOK; The Holy Bible; this book is the Word of God, it talks about Astrology and all that stuff in its pages. It shows they are false. Did you know that NO PERSON has been able to prove that book wrong? Matthew 4:4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. STATEMENT #6 - "There is no difference in the Harry Potter Books than in the stories your generation read and watched like Snow White and Cinderella and the books by C. S. Lewis.*(see #12) Do you not realize that many books involve magic, both good and bad, right down to the very classics. Need I remind you of Cinderella or Snow White? The sort of stories your generation grew up on? If magic and fantasy is so very wrong and turns all who read about it into the followers of Satan, why on earth are you all not a bunch of Satanists?"Did you ever stop to think that maybe that is the very reason why it was in 'my generation' that True Christianity became almost a bygone--and spiritualist religions paraded into popularity? It was this very trash that paved the way for more to come. Notice what the Bible tells us: 2 Corinthians 3:18 "But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord." You see what we look at and what we think about changes us- if I look at Jesus and read about Him in the Bible- I become more like Him. But if I look at evil, even if I don't approve of the evil- it still has an effect to change me towards that evil. That is why it is so important to stay away from what is false and ugly and look at and think about what is true and lovely so we will become more like Jesus. If you read the Bible, you will find out that God does not recognize ANY such thing as 'good' magic or 'good' lies. That includes Snow White as much as it includes Harry Potter!
STATEMENT #7 - "I go to church all the time and am a Christian, I just like to read the Harry Potter books for fun, I don't believe in that stuff."You see the reason we are putting the information here for people to read is because the Bible teaches us that all this 'magic' and 'witchcraft' stuff is not what God wants us to have anything to do with. So if you are a CHRISTIAN, you love Jesus, and would want to obey Him by leaving this stuff alone! Perhaps if you could get a good King James Bible and read in it asking Jesus to help you learn all that He wants you to learn about: you would have a real adventure finding out wonderful things. Even people who don't take these things seriously are better off to leave them alone as they have a sneaky effect on our minds, making it harder for us to understand the truths in the Bible just like candy spoils the appetite for nourishing food.
STATEMENT #8 - "so you are saying that ALL witchcraft is evil and satanic? then I will have no part of it!! Please reply to tell me this is what you are saying."Answer: Yes, the Bible is very clear that all witchcraft and 'magic' is of the devil. God doesn't want us to have anything to do with it; not because He just wants to be bossy and spoil our fun, but because He knows it is all a trick of Satan to lure us into his control and torment and destroy us. Satan likes to get us to think that there is something good in it, after all, he can't catch us in his traps if he doesn't use some good bait. Remember that rat poison is mostly good grain; but it doesn't help the rat who eats it. The fact is that witchcraft offers people a lot of things they really want: life, power, health, to be able to help others, and so on. BUT Satan is a LIAR and he doesn't even have the power to give us these things if he wanted to.
STATEMENT #9 - "I am a devout Christian and go to church as often as possible, so I have no desire to worship anyone, but God. As both an avid reader and writer of fantasy and horror, I find you extremely offensive to my intelligence."What really is a Christian? I believe it is one who follows Christ and seeks to be one with Him. John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the TRUTH, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. How does Jesus want us to worship Him? John 4:24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in TRUTH. John 14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. Jesus told us where lies come from and who is controlling those who make lies.: John 8:44 "Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it." What kind of things does God say we should read? Philippians 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. HP is not TRUE!!! HP is not PURE!! HP is not LOVELY!! We do not learn about good by studying evil. You can't write 'horror' and be a Christian according to the Bible. I once thought I could; I know now it is wrong. And you are right about Snow White and Cinderella and that junk; it is all the same. You see, it is not my opinion; it is the Word of God. If we cast aside that--we have no chart or compass in the sea of life. We can't go by feelings as Satan specializes in playing games with our feelings. God only goes for truth- 1 John 2:21 "... no lie is of the truth." If you are honest, you must know that if you read Harry Potter or some other fantasy or fiction book and then take the Bible and try to read that - it will seem boring to you. I know this by experience- I had a real struggle to give up reading & writing fiction but it is such a blessing to me that I did it! Now I wonder why I ever wanted to read a bunch of stuff somebody just made up out of their own heads ! I would rather know the true and the real and the useful - it is no good to live in an unreal world. Satan is the author of lies and in the Bible it says: Revelation 22:14, 15 "Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. 15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie." I used to write fiction, something like Harry Potter- but one day I realized to write fiction is to be making a lie! I am so glad to be rid of all that false junk. You never know the real power of the Lord and the Holy Spirit until you turn fully from all falsehood and live - Matthew 4:4 ...by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
STATEMENT #10 "The Harry Potter stories show us that there is a 'good side' and a 'Bad Side' to magic and so it shows us how Good will triumph over evil! I only want to study the 'GOOD' magic!"How can one side be 'good' and the other 'bad' when they both use the SAME METHODS?? You see Satan has a cute game he likes to play- remember in Star Wars how it talks about the 'dark side of the force' and then there is the light or good side? Well - both sides are 'force' and both sides are of Satan. Satan appears as an angel of light as well as an angel of darkness. He fools more people with his light side. He is very busy in the churches these days getting people to think they are working for Jesus when what they are doing is actually putting forward his evil plans. He laughs as he gets his 'good' witches fighting his bad witches- as they both work for him! Notice this from the Bible: 2 Corinthians 11:13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. 14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. 15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works. Some think there is 'good' magic, such as Wicca claims to be. Notice what God said about witches and magic: Deuteronomy

his daughter to pass through the fire, (this was an initiation rite) or
that suet divination, (a psychic) or an observer of times, (astrologer) or
an enchanter, (wizard or magician) or a witch, 11 Or a charmer,
(Hypnotist) or a consulter with familiar spirits, (Medium or channeller)
or a wizard, or a necromancer. (someone who talks to the spirits of the
dead) Notice God does not say these things can have a 'good' side- they do not and can not! If you read the stories of Joseph, Moses, and Daniel 2 and 5, 6 , you will learn that Satan's so-called magicians cannot exert real power and they have no power over the true people of God. Satan cannot create life, he specializes in tricks to fool people. The real power is all in God. Jesus said "All power is given to me"- so if all power is given to Him- how much true power do witches, either 'good' or bad have? None! What about Spiritualism, Nature Worship and Wicca? they have NONE right? Yes- I have no intention of preventing anyone from worshipping how they want; but as a Christian, I care about their souls, I will put out the truth to warn them; I would be a monster to allow them to be ignorant of their danger if I have a chance to warn them.
STATEMENT #11 - "Each of us has a right to worship as we see fit. You worship God in your way--I worship in mine."Did you ever stop to think that it is God Himself Who says HOW we are to worship Him? He does not leave it up to US to choose the way we approach Him! How is God to be worshipped? John
14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments. If I give ALL my mind, feelings, affections and energy to God and His truth; how much is left for fiction, lies, fantasy and so on? NONE! How much is left to do something like love the earth and so on? None. What does God say about those who worship creation instead of the Creator? Romans 1:25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. You do not worship God by worshipping what He created, but when you truly worship and obey God, you will enjoy and respect what He has made. You need to get to know truth. You need to know the Bible which is the Word of God. Then you will know that lies are not helpful. Do not be among those who love lies. Someday each of us must answer to God for our lives and our influence. What is the standard we are judged by? It is the Word of God, the Bible and the 10 Commandments! we best take time to learn for ourselves what it says!
STATEMENT #12 - "Harry Potter is not different than the Writings of C. S. Lewis. It is a useful allegory about good and evil."WHO WAS C. S. LEWIS?I fully agree! You may be surprised to find out that this man was really no different than Rowling and other writers of fantasy and occult fairy-tales. No wonder many say that his books and Harry Potter are a lot alike- neither material is in any stretch of the mind, truly Christian! What did he teach? Why are his writings so popular? From time to time, I receive requests to explain this man, his writings, and his thinking. There is good reason to provide you with a brief sketch of C. S. Lewis; for, over half a century, he has been remarkably influential among Protestants. They want to read his theological works and novels, and want their children to read his fairy stories. Born in Belfast, Northern Ireland, Clive Stapes Lewis (1898-1963) was a British author who wrote more than 30 books. Since his death in 1963, sales of his books have risen to 2 million a year. Many Protestants, especially Evangelicals, consider him the most influential writer in their lives- yet in a number of ways he was neither Protestant nor Evangelical. You may be surprised to learn that though C. S. Lewis was an extremely powerful writer, he was not really a Christian, but leaned rather to spiritualistic beliefs such as Taoism. He was an English teacher at Oxford University for years and, in his spare time, wrote articles and books. He was an ordinary member of the Anglican church, never a preacher of minister as many think. His beliefs leaned far more towards Catholicism than Protestantism. He did not believe in the truth of the Bible, the justification of Jesus' death on the cross, and although he tried not to let many find out, he strongly believed in purgatory. Martyn Lloyd-Jones, a leading Evangelical of his time, declared that C. S. Lewis was not a Christian at all. His closest friends were Anglo-Catholics (pro-Catholic members of the Church of England) and Roman Catholics. He may well have been a secret Catholic, although there is no certainty of that. A member of the "high" Anglican Church, Lewis regularly went to confession. He smoked a pipe all his life. Yet Protestants, particularly Evangelicals, especially exalt Lewis. They love his books- buy, read, re-read, and quote from them all the time. Why is this? C. S. Lewis had outstanding writing ability. He could turn a phrase in such a way that it intrigued minds which came upon it. Shakespeare had this ability also. Yet that talent did not render the works of either writer as heavenly truth. Indeed, an excellent writer can be highly used of the devil to mislead souls and divert them from the true path leading to eternal life! Have you noticed that people are fascinated with clever phrases or mysterious words? Lewis, like many books and materials written by spiritists or channelled writings, manages to give you the feeling that there is some great truth here at your finger-tips if you can just be smart enough to pick it up. So you read on and on and still the 'great truth' eludes you. It eludes you because it is really NOT THERE! Upon reading his writings, people search for hidden meanings; and, if they think they have found something, they flatter themselves that they have come upon a deep truth. (they are doing the same with Harry Potter!) Yet, considering the source, how could Lewis produce any worthwhile truths for Christians? C. S. Lewis, who deeply believed in the Tao (an oriental pagan religious concept, totally unchristian), also loved fantasy. So he wrote weird fairy tales for children about a mythical planet, called Narnia. For adults, he wrote science fiction (Out of the Silent Planet, etc.). His Screwtape Letters (1942) made him famous, yet this work is contrary to the basic teachings and truths of the Bible. Maleldil, Asian, and the unnamed divinity who confronts Orual, and a host of other mythical characters are in Lewis' seven Narnia books. Parents imagine they teach Christian principles while the books lead their children into fantasy, which will later blossom into cravings for the occult, excitement, liquor, wild music, and hard drugs. The adulation, which the Protestant world has paid to C. S. Lewis, and continues to pay, is astounding. It reveals how spiritually bankrupt modern Protestants and Evangelicals are, that they avidly read and reread Lewis' books and purchase his fairy tales for their children to devour. Books can be immoral. They can also be useless. Isn't it time that Christians turned back to the wonderful Truths of the Word of God and stop trying to find light in a pool of darkness? When we learn and uphold God's Word, then Pagan's and Spiritists will be able to see a contrast between the Light of Heaven and the Darkness of made up fantasies--and people won't be fooled to thing that a story is 'Christian' just because it is cleverly written!
